This is a Picture of Me 5 Years Ago I was in full blown mast cell activation syndrome and steroid withdrawal. I couldn’t function.
Previous to developing these conditions I was abusing drugs and alcohol. I had a bad habit of self sabotage and partying all the time, disconnected from my body and my purpose.

Then, my health started spiraling – I was diagnosed with hepatitis A, developed chronic mold toxicity, and later, MCAS (Mast Cell Activation Syndrome).

Now...
I m a completely transformed, healthier, happier, and more confident version of myself. Today, I feel incredible. I no longer feel disconnected from my body, I sleep soundly, I can eat whatever I want without reactions, and I actually **enjoy stillness** and time alone.
