Like many who are highly sensitive and deeply perceptive, my early years were marked by challenges that shaped my nervous system and sense of self. Over time, these experiences became invitations to understand the body more deeply rather than remain defined by symptoms. What began as a search for relief evolved into a profound initiation through chronic illness, immune dysregulation, and a period that demanded radical self-inquiry, resilience, and trust.
That chapter was not the end of the story, it was the beginning. Through it, I learned that healing is not about fixing what is “broken,” but about restoring safety, energy, and coherence so the body can remember how to heal. This awakening reshaped my relationship with health, identity, and purpose, and revealed a path that integrates science, somatics, and spiritual alignment.
Today, I guide others from a place of embodiment, not struggle. My work is an invitation to move beyond endless coping and into a life defined by regulation, vitality, clarity, and connection. Healing does not require a lifetime of suffering. With the right support, it becomes a return to wholeness.

Energetics
At the most fundamental level, healing is energetic. From a quantum biology perspective, every cell requires the right inputs to function: light, electrons, minerals, hydration, and coherent signaling. The human body emits light, carries an electromagnetic field, and operates at a measurable frequency. When this internal frequency is disrupted by stress, trauma, toxins, or depletion, the body loses its ability to self-regulate. Through bioenergetic assessment and nervous system regulation, I help restore coherence so the body can entrain to stability rather than chaos. When your system becomes the stronger, more regulated frequency, your physiology, relationships, and environment naturally begin to change.
Physical
We are of this Earth, and the body requires Earth-based inputs to heal. This includes appropriate light exposure, circadian alignment, mineral-rich nutrition, clean water, movement, connection to nature, and physical touch. Every nutrient matters, not as an isolated supplement, but as part of a living system that supports cellular energy, immunity, and repair. My work focuses on restoring foundational physiology so the body has the raw materials it needs to function safely and efficiently, rather than forcing interventions onto an exhausted system.
Mental & Spiritual
The psyche plays a powerful role in health and healing. Our identity is shaped early through attachment, environment, and survival patterns, and for many, illness or crisis becomes a catalyst for dismantling those identities. This “dark night” is often the doorway to deeper alignment. Through somatic work, trauma resolution, and guided inner inquiry, I support clients in reconnecting with their truth, purpose, and spiritual path. This pillar is about cultivating authenticity, meaning, and self-trust so healing is not just physical, but deeply aligned with who you are and who you are meant to become.
